The history of C3Medical Consulting begins with the creation of C3Medical, a medical insurance services company.
Since the COVID period, C3Medical has strongly developed its consulting activity for countries wishing to strengthen their health infrastructures. It is from this activity that C3Medical Consulting was born in 2023.

I created C3Medical Consulting because I wanted to be able to support the improvement of structures and care in transition and developing countries and therefore the health of populations, by capitalizing on our expertise and that of our partners.
My background
After spending 15 years in management positions in international companies in the field of telecommunications and energy, Jérôme has been an entrepreneur in impact start-ups for more than 15 years and has developed skills and experience in the fields of research, consulting and training, as well as in the launch of innovative service offerings during his professional career.

I support the teams in the management of ongoing projects, while structuring the entire consulting department, particularly with regard to resource management, project planning, budgets, recruitment and communication.
My background
Before joining C3Medical Consulting, I worked in an international strategy consulting firm, where I worked in a large number of different sectors (retail, energy, transport & services, industry), both for large groups, private equity firms and small and medium-sized companies. I have a double master’s degree from both emlyon business school (Master in Management – PGE curriculum) and Ecole Centrale de Lyon (Master of Engineering – General Engineering course PGE).

I oversee projects to improve access to health care in countries in transition. In particular, I am in charge of supervising the deployment of teleconsultation projects from the Paris office and by going to the field.
My background
Before joining C3Medical Consulting, I worked in a start-up for almost 3 years. I followed a university course via a bachelor’s degree in biomedicine at the University of Paris and a master’s degree in Health Innovation at Sorbonne University.

My background
Before joining C3Medical Consulting, I had many experiences abroad, particularly in Central Asia. I studied international relations with a specialization in post-Soviet spaces at Sciences Po Bordeaux. This fuelled my desire to get involved in international missions.
