After spending 15 years in management positions in international companies in the field of telecommunications and energy, Jérôme has been an entrepreneur in impact start-ups for more than 15 years and has developed skills and experience in the fields of research, consulting and training, as well as in the launch of innovative service offerings during his professional career.

What I love about C3Medical Consulting is the ability to make an impact and improve people’s lives. Before joining C3Medical Consulting, I worked in an international strategy consulting firm, where I worked in a large number of different sectors (retail, energy, transport & services, industry), both for large groups, private equity firms and small and medium-sized companies. I have a double master’s degree from both emlyon business school (Master in Management – PGE curriculum) and Ecole Centrale de Lyon (Master of Engineering – General Engineering course PGE).

I joined C3Medical Consulting because I have always been passionate about the health field, and I was seduced by the mission and values carried by the company.

The projects we carry out are extremely concrete and we feel the impact of our work on a daily basis, which is an opportunity.

My role at C3Medical Consulting allows me not only to participate in a large number of high-impact missions, but also to exchange with high-level interlocutors (General Directorate of the Treasury, economic services of embassies, ministries of health), to understand the specificities/challenges of each country/region and to be able to create and provide specific responses, which is very rewarding.

Finally, the values of the company allow me to evolve in a caring environment open to exchange and mutual aid.

Before joining C3Medical Consulting, I worked in a start-up for almost 3 years. I followed a university course via a bachelor’s degree in biomedicine at the University of Paris and a master’s degree in Health Innovation at Sorbonne University.

I joined C3Medical Consulting for the international and impactful dimension of the projects carried out. The implementation of innovative health solutions to improve access to care makes a lot of sense to me.

Through the different missions I carry out, I have to exchange with many people from very different backgrounds. These interactions are very enriching and give a very important human dimension to the projects we carry out.

Prior to joining C3Medical Consulting, I managed a number of large-scale investment projects in Kazakhstan across a range of sectors,working closely with local authorities and major international lenders, as well as domestic companies and leading private sector players. I have over 30 years’ experience in the finance sector, having led financial structuring, export pre-financing and M&A projects in Eastern Europe, Africa and Central Asia for leading European and Kazakh companies and institutions.

A team of truly multi-skilled professionals, for whom working in the health sector is a conscious choice, convinced that human life and health are fundamental values that must be preserved and developed in any society. Contributing to this work at C3Medical gives me great satisfaction because of the usefulness it brings to society, by helping to carry out projects aimed at improving people’s health and quality of life.

A high level of expertise at C3Medical, the determination of a team of enthusiasts to constantly develop and implement new ideas while remaining attentive to patients and their needs.

Before joining C3Medical Consulting, I worked on various diplomatic projects for two years and worked in the economic department of the France Embassy in Tbilisi. I obtained an international master’s degree in the geopolitics of the post-Soviet space at the University of Paris Nanterre.

My interest in international relations and economics led me to join C3Medical Consulting, to contribute to the improvement of health systems in developing regions.

On a daily basis, I collaborate with a variety of private and institutional partners, as well as local and international contacts. We work to implement sustainable and innovative solutions to meet the specific health needs of local populations.

Before joining C3Medical Consulting, I had many experiences abroad, particularly in Central Asia. I studied international relations with a specialization in post-Soviet spaces at Sciences Po Bordeaux. This fuelled my desire to get involved in international missions.

Passionate about the field of health, I was looking to give meaning to my work and the missions carried out by C3Medical Consulting perfectly meet this need. Each project has a direct positive impact on access to care in remote regions.

At C3Medical Consulting, I appreciate the impactful aspect of the missions, the diversity of the tasks and the need to adapt to the context of each region in which we deploy our solutions. The human dimension of the team is also very appreciable.

After spending my childhood in Gabon, I spent the last 15 years there working in medical services in Africa. To enable the deployment of quality solutions to our customers, I put service for the end customer and the continuous training of my teams at the heart of my projects. This experience has led me to work in several countries on the African continent, each time with great pleasure.

C3Medical is a company that puts the patient at the center of its reflections, which is essential for me.
