Presentation

Technological innovations, new ways of treating pathologies (especially cancer), and the perspective on what works and what doesn’t are rapidly changing the way patients are treated, from diagnosis to follow-up care and rehabilitation.

To transform organisations and ensure that the new skills, know-how and interpersonal skills needed to capitalise on this progress are properly assimilated, our teams identify the needs and challenges upstream, organise training and manage appropriate change management programmes.

Our services in detail

  • University course: Helping healthcare institutions design and deploy university courses adapted to the needs of the sector, guaranteeing quality academic training for future healthcare professionals.
  • Continuing education for medical and paramedical staff: to offer tailor-made continuing education programmes for medical and paramedical staff, in order to keep their skills up to date and to prepare them for changes in health practices and technologies.
  • International cooperation programs: Facilitating the implementation of international cooperation programs, allowing our partners to share know-how, exchange best practices and collaborate with our customers to improve their care offer.
  • Implementation of new processes: support establishments in the implementation of new organisational and operational processes, by training teams in change and optimising the efficiency of care practices and internal processes.

Why is training doctors and nursing staff a major issue for the care facilities we work with?

The growing share of non-communicable diseases, the development of cancer with its specificities (multidisciplinarity, physical and psychological impacts), the increased demand from populations (increasingly better informed) to benefit from the most appropriate treatments in their countries are forcing countries to invest in structures, equipment but also and above all in skills.

Thanks to international partnerships, collaborations (hospitals, universities) and new technologies that make tele-expertise, simulation and distance learning possible, it is now possible to accelerate the development of the skills of teams to meet the local challenges of improving the quality of care and care.
