  • Set up an international patient service with the processes, the tools for managing care requests and payments, the services and the organization necessary for a good management of requests and patients and their families.
  • Develop relationships with international paying agencies  (insurance companies, mutual insurance companies, institutions) by facilitating contacts and the signing of agreements and developing appropriate marketing and communication tools.
  • Facilitate the creation of links with international hospitals or cancer centers in order to collaborate on training projects, research and complex care pathways.
  • Carry out consulting missions to foreign institutions or institutions in order to strengthen local skills and improve care.
