As part of our women’s imaging project, we are pleased to announce that equipment – including two DMS Imaging mammography machines and two Sonoscanner ultrasound scanners – has been delivered to two polyclinics in Astana, Kazakhstan, and is currently being installed.

The project’s objective is to improve Kazakhstan’s breast cancer screening program by providing state-of-the-art equipment, high-level training by Forcomed, and redesigning the local screening algorithm. Organizational changes will also be implemented in the polyclinics and at Kazior to enhance the program’s efficiency and relevance.

Next step: Medecom consoles, including Hera-MI software, will soon be delivered to Kazior, Kazakhstan’s leading oncology center, responsible for second reading.
