Improving people’s health, especially in rural areas, involves several levers:

Prevention

Implement prevention programs on subjects that generate chronic diseases, particularly such as diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases. These programmes are to be broadcast in schools, town halls, businesses, hospitals, social media, television and radio and should focus on advice related to diet, exercise and lifestyle.

Screening

Have efficient and adapted screening programs, especially for the most common pathologies such as breast, cervical and colon cancer or retinoblastoma. If needed, portable screening solutions can travel from village to village.

Diagnosis

Promote diagnosis by providing more compact and affordable state-of-the-art equipment on site and/or portable, by developing the know-how of local hospitals/medical centers, and by facilitating access to doctors via teleconsultation solutions that include connected objects that allow real consultations/diagnoses/follow-ups to be carried out. Remote expert playback options can also be deployed.

Treatment

To develop innovative treatment and process optimization solutions, for example by supporting remote treatments, creating decentralized centers or setting up home treatment services.

At C3Medical Consulting, we offer, among other things, teleconsultation and oncology solutions that address these issues, particularly in terms of screening/diagnosis, and that promote access to care for isolated populations.

For example, since the launch of the project in North Kazakhstan at the end of January, several hundred teleconsultations have been carried out in local medpoints, outpatient centers and hospitals, with a satisfaction rate of more than 90% from doctors/patients, and with half of the teleconsultations that concern patients with chronic diseases.

This type of solution therefore allows local populations to access general practitioners and specialists according to their needs and on a large scale!
