From January 19 to 24, our team traveled to Tajikistan as part of a project funded by the French Embassy in Tajikistan, with a dedicated component for diabetes screening and follow-up supported by Sanofi GHU.
Delivered a HOPImedical telemedicine kit, enabling remote consultation and patient monitoring in a region with limited access to healthcare
Met with local partners and stakeholders to strengthen coordination and ensure the project’s sustainability
Trained doctors and assistants in the use of telemedicine technology, supporting capacity-building on the ground
We are grateful to the French Embassy, Sanofi GHU, World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health, and the Asht District Medical Center staff for their trust, support, and warm welcome.
This project is part of our ongoing efforts to support complex healthcare initiatives in challenging contexts, helping to improve access to care in regions with a shortage of medical professionals.
