Founded in 2011, C3Medical is an international medical insurance services company. Its aim is to improve the health of people living in countries where the healthcare systems and medical facilities are not yet able to meet all needs.

Specialising in the organisation and optimisation of care pathways for foreign patients in France and Morocco, the company meets the expectations of insurance and assistance companies and mutual insurance companies from all over the world. It provides them with access to a range of innovative, high value-added solutions, enabling them to improve the health of their policyholders and reduce their costs.
To do this, the company facilitates access to the best teams and structures (depending on the pathology) manages, organises and coordinates medical, financial and logistical services (EVASAN, medico-social hotline, transport, accommodation, home hospitalisation, concierge services, TPA, etc.) of a pathway, in partnership with its network of qualified and proven service providers (doctors, healthcare establishments, transport companies, hotels, personal services).

 

Capitalising on the experience of its employees and its network, the company also provides advice to governments, companies and healthcare organisations wishing to develop a strategy, cooperation and/or international activity in the healthcare sector. C3Medical Assist provides support to French and foreign clinics and hospitals, in particular, to accelerate their international development and in the implementation of training programmes, good practices and reference departments (particularly in the field of cancer treatment).

C3Medical Assist is based in France and Morocco, and the company has opened representative offices in China, West and Central Africa, and the Middle East with one objective: to provide the best care and support at the fairest prices.

  • Evasan: emergency evacuation by air ambulance or by commercial flight with a medical crew on board adapted to the patient’s condition (we have a salaried emergency doctor available at any time), to a healthcare facility abroad
  • Medical and social assistance: 24/7 access for policyholders to speak to a specialist who, with the help of our triage solution, will be able to assess the urgency of the situation and provide the best possible guidance to reassure the patient and reduce costs
  • Medical concierge service: obtaining quotes, making appointments (medical and paramedical), booking medical and non-medical accommodation and transport, visiting patients at their bedside, organising home care, purchasing and delivering medication, etc.
  • Medical second opinion: validation/refutation of a therapeutic recommendation by an expert in the pathology, identified by us

 

  • Organisation of treatment programmes: based on the medical information received, identification of the appropriate facility, obtaining a quote, price negotiation, organisation of the complete programme, patient support (in person and by telephone), setting up home care, invoice validation, retrieval of information
  • Health check-up: organisation of rapid and personalised check-ups (lasting half a day), adapted to the patient’s situation and condition, enabling the detection of risks or proven health problems
  • Establishment of isolated medical facilities: providing the equipment, personnel and levels of service to meet the health challenges of the teams, even in remote locations
  • TPA: checking, validation and payment of invoices on behalf of the insurance company to allow entry to hospitals or appointments without payment by the insured person
